Korean's have the best skin compared to other countries. The secret lies in their traditional beauty methods which they follow from their ancestors. Korean's give more importance to their skin health, because they have been taught how to take care of their skin like exfoliating, applying serum and sunscreen since their childhood. They also use various natural ingredients like using fermented rice water to rinse face, this method is at the top of their traditional secrets , and they also use expired milk or leftover milk to cleanse their faces. And we would have also noticed how Korean's look young compared to their age.

There are only few people who claim that these natural ingredients are not scientifically proven to improve skin health. And just by inducing them in skin care products like facewash, serums, exfoliators or sun screens won't make any difference. But as we know companies don't risk in stop making these products just because very less percentage of the population disapproves.
